At Adlår Castra we develop, produce, sell and install our own heat pump. Of course we are busy, that’s why we’re looking for someone who wants to help us with every marketing expression. We are growing fast, and are in the most beautiful phase of all; the construction! Everything you do or don’t do 😉 immediately gives great results!
We are looking for an eager and energetic adventurer who likes to explore on his own. If we give you a direction, you determine the route yourself. We know very well where we want to go, but we are looking for someone to book the hotels for us. Throbbing texts like this you rattle off your sleeve! Can you fully identify with this? Then this is the job for you!
As a Marketer you are part of the Marketing & Sales team and you are the specialist, supported by your colleagues from the entire Adlår Castra team. True winners don’t just love to win, they love the process! We do it together. One team, one task.
Your challenge
- Thinking along about all forms of communication, from ‘tone of voice’ to online campaigns;
- Working on all aspects of outing, omnichannel digital to print, TV and radio. We believe in all means of communication;
- You are responsible for our marketing propositions and you know how to communicate this in a clear way to our customers;
- Together with your marketing & sales colleagues, you develop marketing materials that help them to inspire and convince customers.
In short, our milkshake brings all the boys (and girls) to the yard!
We are looking for:
- You are energetic and enthusiastic;
- You have a commercial nose;
- You have a hands-on mentality;
- A ‘digital savvy’, you have experience with different programs (Illustrators, InDesign and Photoshop);
- You bring extensive knowledge of market strategies and marketing trends to the table;
- Unknown does not make unloved.
We offer:
- Salary indication between €2,100.00 and €3,500.00 p/m (incl. bonus);
- Extensive training and education program;

- Bonuses on top of your already solid salary;
- Up to 31 days of holiday (OBV 40 hours), holiday allowance and travel allowance;
