Job description
As a Planner/Work Planner, you will play a crucial role within our technical start-up. You will be responsible for optimally planning and coordinating the work for the installation and maintenance of our advanced heat pumps. With your technical knowledge and organisational skills, you will ensure that projects are carried out efficiently and effectively, whereby we strive for the highest quality and customer satisfaction. You will work closely with various internal and external stakeholders, including project managers, technicians and suppliers, to support the growth of our startup and achieve successful project outcomes.
Duties & responsibilities
- Preparing detailed project schedules, taking into account the availability of resources, materials and equipment.
- Coordinating work between different teams and departments within our fast-growing startup.
- Monitoring the progress of projects and identifying any challenges in time, in order to provide proactive solutions.
- Ensuring optimal coordination between planning and the availability of technical staff and materials.
- Maintaining close contacts with suppliers and timely ordering of required materials to ensure smooth project execution.
- Preparing work instructions, technical drawings and other relevant documentation to support the team.
- Resolving complex technical issues and providing support to the team on technical challenges.
Profile of the ideal candidate:
- You have a completed MBO education in a technical direction.
- You have demonstrable experience as a planner or work planner in a technical environment, preferably within the installation engineering or heating industry.
- You have strong organisational skills and the ability to set priorities in a dynamic start-up environment.
- You possess excellent communication skills and can work effectively with various stakeholders in the technical field.
- You are enthusiastic, driven and eager to contribute to the growth of our startup.
- You have an affinity with sustainable technologies and are passionate about creating a positive impact on the environment.
